 | Life is Great!!!! We have been blessed to Celebrate a wonderful Holiday Season. God Blessed my husband not only to complete his PhD, but we also celebrated 20 years at Mt. Zion Primitive Baptist Church as Pastor and Sister Burwell. They truly blessed us. I had never had anything before and they invited me and a 100 or so of my closet friends and family to join us for a luncheon. They hosted a celebratory banquet for my husband and I. On the Third Sunday in December we worshiped together as a family giving thanks and praises to God for all he has done in our lives. I was tired but I thought everything was ok. I told my husband if I can just get through Christmas I am going to take a break. |
I love Christmas and even though he will not admitted, my hubby loves the holidays and the hustle and bustle as well. We were thrilled to be able to share Christmas day with our children and grandchildren and his family, which included his 96 year uncle and his 88 year old mom. It was a wonderful day, full of the love and sharing that can only happen when everyone present understands our Christ is no longer in the manager and that our Celebration of Christ is not limited to one day but that he resides in your heart and that he is not put away with the ribbon and tassel but that he dwells in your heart always!
